BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-contact, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Set to powerful & energetic music, it provides an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Resistance training to music is an excellent way to add strength training into your aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

BODYSTEP™ A cardio class performed by stepping up & down with a step. The fastest way to tone and shape your thighs and butt and increase your fitness at the same time.

RPM™ Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover your athlete within—sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

BODYATTACK™ This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level, you'll get fit, stay fit and get fitter!

CXWORX™ The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and 'slings' connecting the upper and lower body. This workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.

VINYASA YOGA A discipline that utilises postures and breathing techniques. This form of yoga offers a range of health benefits for those who practise it, as it encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit.

AQUA AEROBICS Work at your own pace and intensity using the water resistance and specialised equipment. Great for pre/post pregnancy & recovering from injuries.

SH'BAM A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH'BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can't, you'll walk out knowing you can!

ZUMBA GOLD is perfect for the beginners or rehabilitation/ low impact adults looking for a new motivating work out. Original moves at low intensity.

ZUMBA FITNESS is for everybody and anybody. This class is designed to bring people together and sweat it out.

FIT TONE is a low intensity class for beginners, physio recovery and the young at heart. It is a stretching and low cardio based class.
